Progressive Muscle Relaxation Sessions: £25 per session or £80 for 4 sessions
Online
PMR Sessions: £15 per session or £40 for 4 sessions
Initial Consultation £20. This fee will be donated to Spurgeons, a Christian Charity providing support for children, young people and families who are experiencing difficulties or challenges so that they can have a better present and hopeful future.

Stress
Our tailored sessions for anxiety are designed to help you develop effective coping strategies to overcome your anxiety. and empowering you to lead a more fulfilling life.

Lindsey will initially carry out an assessment over the phone to discover the cause of your anxiety and which methods of relaxations would best suit you. Lindsey will ask you to recall somewhere you feel happy and safe and she will incorporate this into a script, which she will speak to you during your hypnotherapy session.
Stress, if left untreated, can lead to many health problems such as headaches, heart disease, low energy and stomach issues. At the Listening Well, we can teach you relaxation & breathing techniques and help you to learn mindfulness to aid you in those challenging moments.

Phobias
Overcoming fears can be a challenging journey, but it's a journey worth taking. With the right support, you can break free from the limitations that fear can impose on your life. Mindfulness is one way of helping you on your journey towards a more fearless life.

If you are a Christian, remember, Jesus often reminds us to take courage and not to be afraid when He is with us. At the Listening Well I use Biblical guided imagery to help remind you of Jesus love in times of fear, so that you can reflect Jesus love in you. What often helps me when I am scared, is to remember that there is no fear in love. (1 John 4:18)
Insomnia
Do you suffer from an inability to sleep?
Do you have a hard time falling asleep at night or wake up during the night?
Lack of sleep can affect your physical health as well as negatively impact your relationships. At the Listening Well, Lindsey will help you to discover the root cause of your sleep issues and work with you to develop personalised relaxation techniques; enabling your mind to switch off and grab that preciously needed sleep.
